Fantasmic! at Disneyland Will Stay Closed Until at Least Labor Day
Earlier this Spring, Fantasmic! at Disneyland was closed when a fire broke out during a performance engulfing the fire-breathing dragon in flames. Due to the damage from the fire, Disneyland announced the performances of Fantasmic! would be suspended while they modified the production.
However, today it looks like what we initially thought would be a closure of a few weeks will now be substantially longer as Disneyland reevaluates the production.

Disneyland sent out an official announcement this morning that Fantasmic at Disneyland will remain closed until “AT LEAST” Labor Day. The statement reads, “We are taking this time to evaluate the show and explore opportunities to add new magic and touches for Guests to enjoy.”
For those that have already pre-booked the Fantasmic! Dining Package at Disneyland Resort, you will be contacted directly by Disney regarding your reservations and the closure.
