Drinks and Snacks Review at Baseline Tap House
Baseline Tap house has everything working in its favor right now: a long list of tapped wines and beers, an out-of-the-way location, good snack options, and al fresco seating. On any given day or night of the week, it’s easy to walk into Baseline Tap House to break up a Hollywood Studios afternoon…but that’s all about to change when Galaxy’s Edge opens in a few months.
Since the Park is undergoing some major changes right now, it’s become my favorite spot to relax and refuel before heading back out into the Park. I’ve been frequenting Baseline Tap House as often as I can recently since I’m well aware that the ambiance will soon disappear, and after reading this review, you may (or may not) want to do the same!
Drinks
Baseline Tap House is, at it’s core, a tap house! Of course there’s a long list of beers to choose from, but everything from the wine to their signature cocktails are tapped for serving!
When I visited with a friend, we agreed to each try a drink that you usually would NOT find on tap. When we met back at our table, we had a glass of Cabernet and a California Sunset!

The Cabernet is a great option if you like dry red wine. The wine isn’t heavy like some Cabernets can be, so even on a hot Florida day it’s refreshing! If you’re really in the market for refreshing though, definitely opt for the California Sunset!
The tapped cocktail combines Blue Berry Açai Vodka with sweet pomegranate juice and sweet and sour. The result is a sweet, citrus-y trip to a tropical island paradise and is ideal for someone wanting a sweet drink with a little kick to help muster the bravery to ride Tower of Terror!

Snacks
If you know me, you know that I love the various Disney lounges and the drinks and fare they offer, and Baseline Tap House is the closest thing to a lounge you’ll find in the Parks! On my most recent visit, my party and I were faced with an early lunch/late dinner reservation dilemma, and hunger had set in. We (wisely) chose to order two snacks to share with our respective drinks, and never having ordered either before, I am SO glad we did!

The Bavarian pretzel concerned me. I know a few spots near my home that serve extraordinary Bavarian pretzels. The skin always has a nice ‘crack’ to it, and the hot pillow-y center is the stuff of dreams. So you can say this pretzel had big shoes to fill, and it did!
I knew it would be passable when the big pretzel was brought out hot, and I had an even better feeling when not one, but TWO dipping sauces were served alongside the colossal snack. The preparation was spot on and the soft, warm pretzel was the perfect salty compliment to my friends’ California Sunrise.

I may have mentioned how hungry we were, so it shouldn’t be too shocking to learn that we ordered a charcuterie board too! If you like cheese, there were three very different options on the board: a soft and sweet goat cheese, a sharp hard cheese, and a blue cheese.
If you like meat, you have the option of slow cooked pork (which had a better meat/fat ration than I anticipated and a sweet salami. And if you like bread, the toasted baguettes were warm and crisp. Basically, the charcuterie board will satisfy any and all palettes out there, and saving my dry Cabernet to enjoy with it was the right call!
The Verdict?

I don’t have anything bad to say about Baseline Tap House. The service is fast, there is usually ample outdoor seating, and I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve been served here! If you’re traveling with kids and want to make a stop here, the menu also features two non-alcoholic ‘tapped’ drinks perfect for kids!Any one of those refreshing beverages paired with a giant, salty pretzel would put a smile on the face of any child I know. Like I said, I’ve never had a negative experience at Baseline Tap House, and I recommend checking it out before the influx of crowds makes it impossible to visit! Leave me a comment and let me know about your experiences at Baseline Tap House and we’ll compare thoughts!
