Disney fans will once again get a glimpse into the future when Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products participates in the JP Morgan Global Technology, Media & Communications Conference.

A Great Quarter For Disney Parks
Although Disney has faced difficulties in steaming and entertainment, under Josh D’Amaro, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products have been booming.
In the last quarter, the division increased its profits by 20% to 2.2 billion. Additionally, Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products brought in $7.7 billion in revenue, including $5.5 billion from the theme parks alone. Even the Disney Cruise Line saw an increase in passengers.
New Projects Galore
While we don’t know what topics, in particular, D’Amaro will speak on, we do know his division has just finished a myriad of projects.
With TRON LightCycle / Run now open at Magic Kingdom and an updated Mickey’s Toontown welcoming guests at Disneyland, Disney’s next big projects look to be international.

The most anticipated park development may be the opening of The World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland, which is expected to welcome guests later this year.
