BREAKING: Disney Genie+ Sold Out Before 12PM in Disney World
It’s spring break time in the United States, which means — you guessed it — CROWDS.
With crowds come long lines, but Disney Genie+ is a service that allows you to bypass standby lines and instead utilize faster Lightning Lanes — at a cost.
So far, we’ve seen Genie+ priced between $15 to $29 per person, per day, depending on the day.
Guests can purchase Genie+ daily beginning after midnight on the date of their visit, and most days you can purchase Genie+ throughout the day.
During busy times, however, Genie+ can and does sell out, and today it hit a new record.
Disney Genie+ Sold Out
Today, April 3rd, Genie+ sold out just before 12PM ET. You can see here in a screenshot from the My Disney Experience app that Genie+ is no longer available.
We’ve previously seen Genie+ sell out for the first time during President’s Day weekend.
According to Scott Gustin on Twitter, April 3rd marks the earliest Genie+ has sold out before in Disney World, even with a peak price of $29 per person today.
Genie+ was marked sold out shortly before Noon ET – which is the earliest sellout at WDW. Previously it was Feb. 19 (12:45 pm ET).

While you cannot begin making Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations until 7AM, we strongly recommend purchasing Genie+ as early as you can, which is after midnight on the date of your visit — especially if you’re visiting on a busy day.
As long as you purchase Genie+ before it sells out, you can continue to use the service at Disney World.
