PHOTOS & VIDEOS: The Last Night of Disney Enchantment in Magic Kingdom
Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations are drawing to a close. We’ve seen decorations come down, maps change, snacks be discontinued, and more over the past several weeks.
And tonight, one of the last big 50th Anniversary entertainment offerings is ending.
Disney Enchantment Final Performance
Disney Enchantment just had its final performance in Magic Kingdom tonight, April 2nd, at 9PM. Also, note that the last performance of EPCOT’s Harmonious nighttime spectacular is tonight at 9PM.

Cinderella Castle is the centerpiece of this show, with lights that illuminate the castle courtyard and fireworks that light up the sky. There are also classic and reimagined Disney songs that play during the performance!
A HUGE crowd gathered.
And the show began!

Enchantment was actually the first show to have magical projections extend down Main Street, U.S.A.
The show features an original song from 7-time Grammy award-winning songwriter Philip Lawrence.

Enchantment is “a celebration of magic, imagination, joy, and hope for all who carry dreams in their hearts” according to Disney. It features favorite characters like Raya, Moana, and more.
Also added to the show almost a year after it debuted was a nostalgic intro featuring Walt Disney. This was a great addition, as there was a bit of fan complaint that the show celebrating the 50th Anniversary didn’t honor much of Walt Disney World’s history.
