TRON Lightcycle / Run Updates: Identity Disc PhotoPass Prop, Locker Reminder Kiosk & Locker Cards
TRON Lightcycle / Run is in the midst of a soft opening and we’ve got some updates to help you know before you go. Here’s a closer look at the Identity Disc PhotoPass prop, locker reminder kiosk, and new locker card bin!
PhotoPass Prop
TRON fans will love this futuristic prop as seen in the franchise. In the movies, characters wear the light-up accessory on their back.
Programs on the Grid receive an Identity Disc, which boasts several functions. In addition to storing information, they can be used as weapons, and allow Programs to synchronize with Lightcycles.
Those who wish to pose with one of these iconic props can do so near TRON Lightcycle / Run. As a reminder, the ride officially opens on April 4, 2023!
Locker Reminder Kiosk
MickeyBlog previously shared 5 tips and tricks before entering the Grid. One of which included what to do if you can’t remember your locker number upon exiting the ride.
The locker reminder kiosk provides Guests with their number. Simply tap the kiosk on the wall with your MagicBand or ticket, and you’ll receive your number; here’s how it works.
First, select your language.
Next, present your digital key, as described above, to locate your locker.
Your locker portal number will then appear on the screen. It’s as easy as that!
Locker Cards
Our MickeyBlogger spotted a new bin for locker card disposal today. Before entering the ride, Cast Members provide access cards to Guests who don’t have a MagicBand or ticket.
Locker cards can be returned in the container seen in the photos.
We hope these updates will help you prepare for an exciting trip to TRON Lightcycle / Run! As always, MickeyBlog will continue to keep you posted with the latest from the epic, new attraction!
