An Overview of Roundup Rodeo BBQ
It’s almost time for a long anticipated restaurant to open up in Disney World — Roundup Rodeo BBQ!
The new table service restaurant is located over in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and will have its grand opening on March 23rd. It was announced all the way back in 2019, so we’re eager to finally be able to check it out!
Luckily, Disney invited us to take a first look at the spot today! We’re going to breakdown everything you need to know about this new restaurant.
Inside Roundup Rodeo BBQ
Roundup Rodeo BBQ will be the only table service restaurant in Toy Story Land (and one of the only places you can enjoy some air conditioning!). So, what’s the theme of the restaurant?
The story of Roundup Rodeo BBQ fits in with the rest of Toy Story Land. You should feel like you are shrunken down to the size of one of Andy’s toys!
The restaurant immerses you in Andy’s rodeo with everything from train station playsets to western towns.
You’ll recognize some familiar faces inside, like Jessie…
…and Bo Peep!
There is seriously SO much to look at in here! It’s super vibrant and colorful.

Roundup Rodeo BBQ Food
What’s on the menu, you ask? Well, as the name says, it’s BBQ! What’s important to note though is that the food here is served family-style, meaning everyone at the table shares.
Here’s a look at the drinks on the menu!
The starter items include The Prospector’s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits, Rootin’ Tootin Tomato Salad, Rex’s Romaine and Kale Salad, and Wheezy’s Watermelon Salad.
Then, you can choose from two different platters — one with meat or one with plant-based items.
The House-Smoked platter has Evil Dr. Smoked Ribs, Buttercup’s Beef Brisket, There’s a Sausage in my Boot — Fire-grilled Pork Sausage, and BBQ Chicken — with Style!
The Plant-based Trio comes with Combat Carloflower with Harissa Drizzle and Walnut Gremolata, Scrumptious Bratwurst, and Rip Roarin’ Rib Chomp.
You also get to select four sides for the table to share. Options include Mean Old Potato Salad, Veggie Slaw, Force Field Fried Pickles, Slinky Doooooooooog’s Mac & Cheese, and more.

Finally, each guest gets to choose one dessert, like Bo’s Lemon and Blueberry Cheesecake or Billy’s Chocolate Silk Pie, among other options.
This entire meal is $45 per adult and $25 per child (ages 3-9). Basic beverage like sodas and iced teas are included in the price.
But, if you want a fancier drink, you can get non-alcoholic options like Molly’s Frozen Iced Tea, or cocktails such as the Snake Eye Margarita. These are an additional cost which depends on the drink you choose.
It seems like a pretty hearty meal!
