For those of us who consider the Oscars our version of the Super Bowl, it can be really fun to play along with the awards.

The 95th Oscars take place on March 12th, 2023, and some of us take them VERY seriously.
I’ve been to Oscars parties where everyone completed a ballot sheet and the winner with the most correct picks earned a special prize — and this year there’s a really fun and easy way to compete with your friends and families!
Oscars Pick’em
Oscars Pick’em is the OFFICIAL play-along game for the 95th Academy Awards, and best of all — you can play with friends and families from nearly anywhere in the world!

On ESPN’s website, you can create or join an existing public or private group — and you can even invite friends to play with you! This is ideal for long-distance friends and family or anyone who can’t make it to the Oscars gathering.

Once you create or join a group, you make your picks. You can also see the percentage of players who have voted for certain candidates, which might be helpful if you didn’t see the movie.
Every category locks at 8PM on March 12th (when the Oscars go live), so make sure you complete your selections before then.

The rules are pretty simple, but you can give them a read-through (as well as review some FAQs) on ESPN’s website.
Each correct pick will earn you 10 points, and you’ll be able to keep track of your points live on the leaderboard during the Oscars.

Get set up before the Oscars on March 12th and compete to find out if you’re the best at predicting Oscar winners! It’s a totally valid accomplishment that you can brag about for years. It won’t annoy your friends and family at all.
