NEWS: Country Bears Are Greeting Guests Again in Magic Kingdom!
Country Bear Jamboree is a classic Magic Kingdom attraction and you might not know that there are also ways to meet the Country Bears!

Greeting from balcony
Before COVID-19 led to the closure of Disney World in 2020, Country Bears could regularly be spotted hanging out in Frontierland, greeting guests and sharing fun.
After Disney World opened in July 2020, the Country Bears eventually returned to Frontierland from the balcony of the Country Bear Jamboree, which means guests could only see them waving from above. But now — things have CHANGED!
Country Bears are BACK!
MickeyBlogger Ed was visiting Magic Kingdom today when he was surprised to find Country Bears Big Al and Liver Lips out and about, meeting guests in Frontierland!

Ed confirmed with a Cast Member that today is the FIRST day the Country Bears are back on the ground greeting guests in Frontierland.

Liver Lips!
Aside from all the happy guests, Cast Members were also so excited that Ed saw a few running from nearby locations to greet these cheerful Country Bears!

Big Al!
It’s so nice to see these bears mingling with guests once again in Magic Kingdom.

Hi there!
In the My Disney Experience app, the Country Bears are still listed as sightings on the Country Bear Jamboree balcony, so your mileage may vary when it comes to meeting these bears in Frontierland in the future.
We’ll be watching for any changes.
