Halle Bailey in awe at Reactions from Children seeing “The Little Mermaid” Trailer
It is about time Halle Bailey had some positivity head her way!
On Monday Halle Bailey tweeted a video showing a compilation of clips of young girls reacting to the Little Mermaid Trailer.

The young girls are so excited to see that Ariel looks just like them!
“She’s Brown like me!” one girl exclaimed.

Halle Bailey has been in complete awe since everyone started sending her these reactions. She even admitted to breaking down in tears.
“This means the world to me,” she stated. “People have been sending these reactions to me all weekend and I’m in truly in awe.”
These videos must come as a breath of fresh air for Bailey. Since 2019, the actress has received outlandish backlash from critics solely based on the color of her skin not matching the animated Ariel. Recently, the hurtful comments have picked up again with the release of “The Little Mermaid” trailer.
Bailey has done her best to ignore the negativity.
“I feel like I’m dreaming and I’m just grateful and I don’t pay attention to the negativity,” Bailey said back in 2019. “It’s going to be beautiful and I’m just so excited to be a part of it.”

After watching the trailer for the live action remake of the Little Mermaid, I can tell you that I am a fan of Halle Bailey. A big fan.
Halle Bailey is gorgeous, has a spectacular voice and in my opinion she nailed Ariel’s inquisitive personality in the trailer.
