You Don’t Need a Ticket To Try These Epic Disney Valentine’s Day Treats
It’s almost Valentine’s Day, which means it’s time to get ready for allllll the pink treats in Disney World.
We’re talking pink (and blue) cupcakes, heart cakes, dessert boxes, and more, and now we’re back with four (!!) NEW Valentine’s Day treats — and you don’t even need a park ticket to try them!
Amorette’s Patisserie
Now available at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs are six new Valentine’s Day treats, and we decided that we had to try four of them. They were actually sold out of the Little Love Strawberries, so that’s why we skipped that treat!
We’re going to review them in order of least favorite to favorite…so let’s dive in!
Amorette’s Heart
Amorette’s Heart is made with cherry mousse, chocolate biscuit, hibiscus lemonade mousse, and pistachio crunch for $7.
If you’re a cherry fan, this treat is for you! The cherry and chocolate flavors are the stars, and overall the whole dessert was soft and moist too. We appreciated that this was delicious and fancy but still reasonably within budget.
Even as our “least favorite,” this treat was pretty good!
Raspberry Eclair
The Raspberry Eclair is made with raspberry panna cotta, raspberry jam, lemon curd, and raspberry crispies for $7.
Ooof, this was a delicious eclair. It was flaky, sweet, AND pretty! We could really taste the raspberry and lemon flavors and it was light and refreshing.
If you’re not in the mood for chocolate, this is a great alternative.
Beauty and the Beast Cake
Next up is the Beauty and the Beast Cake, which is made with almond chiffon, cherry jam, cream cheese filling, red wine dark chocolate mousse, white chocolate pretzels, and red wine simple syrup for $22.
This treat was not only stunning and perfectly decorated, but it was also a 10 out of 10 in taste! We didn’t get much of a taste of the cherry but the almond and red wine flavors really shined through.
There wasn’t a ton of crunch from the pretzels like we thought there would be, but we still absolutely loved this cake.
That said, at $22, it’s a steep price — so keep that in mind if you decide to give it a try.
Strawberry Cheesecake
Finally, our favorite treat was the Strawberry Cheesecake, made with New York cheesecake, strawberry crunch, fresh strawberries, and meringue kisses for $9.
Y’all, this cheesecake was BANANAS (with no actual banana flavor). It was creamy and not too sweet, and the crust was perfectly baked with a great texture.
The chocolate around the cake gave it a fun texture too. We had ZERO complaints!
Head to Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs to give these treats a try before they’re gone after February 14th. Keep reading MickeyBlog for more Disney news!
