PHOTOS: EPCOT Toll Plaza Sign Has CHANGED in Disney World
EPCOT is still in the middle of a multi-year transformation, and a lot has changed in the past few years.

Most recently, we noticed new signs in the EPCOT parking lot, and now another part of the EPCOT parking experience has changed in a BIG way!
New EPCOT Toll Plaza Sign
If you’ve ever parked at EPCOT, you already know that you have to first pass through a toll plaza to pay for parking, and in the past, it looked like this in the photo below.

Recently, we noticed the sails removed from the sign, and today this is what the EPCOT toll plaza looks like! It’s pretty different.
New EPCOT Toll Plaza Sign
The EPCOT letters have been removed, and currently “welcome” is displayed in a new font, with white letters on a blue background.
No EPCOT sign in sight
It’s possible that Disney will be adding a new “EPCOT” sign above “welcome,” so stay tuned as we keep a close eye on this!
EPCOT is now typically stylized as all uppercase letters like on this sign in the photo below, rather than as “Epcot,” so it makes sense that Disney may have wanted to update the outdated toll plaza sign.
