Our MickeyBlogger Ed was recently in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios when he spotted some NEW lightsaber selections available at Savi’s Workshop, so let’s check it out!
Savi’s Workshop
The lightsaber experience at Savi’s Workshop is more than just purchasing a lightsaber from a store. You get to hand-build your custom lightsaber by selecting a theme of choice, “scrap metal” pieces, and a kyber crystal.

You can choose one of four different hilt themes, including Peace and Justice, Power and Control, Elemental Nature, and Protection and Defense.

After selecting your theme, you’re then able to build your lightsaber out of a few different “scrap metal” options, including 1 hilt, 4 sleeves, 2 emitters, 2 endcaps, and 2 sets of switches.

New “scrap metal” options have now arrived at Savi’s Workshop, with the Peace and Justice selections currently in stock. New Power and Control scrap metal will be arriving in the near future.

The changes for Peace and Justice include two new lightsaber hilts, 2 new emitters, 4 new sleeves, 2 new switches, and 2 new endcaps. If you want to book a lightsaber experience at Savi’s Workshop, we recommend making an appointment in advance, and it costs $249.99 per lightsaber.

These newer options have already been available in Disneyland, but they are now finally in Disney World, at least for the Peace and Justice theme. We’ll be keeping an eye out for the Power and Control selections to arrive, so stay tuned to MickeyBlog!
