Who amongst us hasn’t dreamed of being a rock star? From the time I was five years old and forming a fake band with my cousins, I have always wondered what it would be like to the music star on the planet.
In addition to the moving story about family, Disney’s Coco has become synonymous with musicians. The movie tells the story of a family who has banished music from their life, despite the fact that it is in their blood. In the end film, Miguel and Hector eventually bond, and save their family through the power of music.
Over at the World of Disney store today, we came upon an all new Coco themed acoustic guitar. If you ever wanted to unleash your inner rock star in true Disney fashion, this is guitar for you!
Fans of Coco will recognize this guitar as the Ernesto De La Cruz guitar that Miguel steals. Since he has committed the offense on the Day of the Dead, Miguel is transported to the afterlife, where he eventually meets Ernesto, but more importantly his grandfather Hector.
The all-white guitar is decorated with sugar skulls and flowers, in a traditional Mexican style. Here is a closer look at the design.
One of the coolest things about this guitar is how stylized it is. In addition to the aforementioned design, it also features skull-shaped tuner keys, four guitar picks and extra strings!
