Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel Celebrates the Holidays In Style
Those who have been following along with us today know that MickeyBlog is at the Disneyland Resort! Here are some spectacular images from Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, as it celebrates the holidays in style.
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa
This is my absolute favorite hotel on Disneyland Resort property! Its woodsy, retreat vibes blend perfectly with the elegance of the Craftsman style, making it a breathtaking location.
During the holidays, its style gets even more elevated, with the arrival of a stunning Christmas tree. There is also a life-size Gingerbread House on display every year.
Let’s take a closer look at all of the hotel’s festive additions.
Celebrating the Holidays In Style
Have you ever seen a more beautiful tree?! Check out its glowing base, which has always been one of my favorite design features.
Glowing lanterns are dispersed throughout the greenery. They add a magical element, along with the twinkle lights.
Upon closer inspection, you’ll notice an old-fashioned candle adorning one. What a beautiful piece of art!
The heart of this hotel is so warm and cozy. A fireplace and oversized chairs make for a relaxing environment.
Its yellow color scheme adds even more warmth to the location. Who’s that we see over there on the right?
Why it’s Santa Claus, and he’s brought gifts! Jolly old St. Nick is on hand to spread some Christmas magic to Guests.
We love his velvet red suit, with fluffy white trim! He looks so festive for the holidays.
Let’s take a look at this year’s Gingerbread House! A sign nearby informs Guests about its Craftsman-style interpretation.
The structure measures 7 feet tall and 12 feet wide. It took 1400 hours to construct this edible masterpiece.
The Handbell Carolers are always a favorite! Dressed in festive attire, they perform in the evenings from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, as noted on the sign. (far left)
The building looks just like the hotel! Gingerbread Mickey is the perfect touch, near a warm fireplace and stockings.
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is a must-see! If you’re visiting Disneyland Resort this Christmas, stop by for an up-close look as it celebrates the holidays in style!
