The Magic Kingdom Christmas Tree Has Arrived!
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Walt Disney World. And this is phrase is never truer on the day the iconic Christmas Tree appears on Main Street, U.S.A in Magic Kingdom.
Just two days after we said goodbye to Jack Skellington and all his Halloween friends, we now have holly, jolly trimmings and theming throughout Main Street, U.S.A. Although we don’t have the official stats yet for this year, in the past Magic Kingdom has proudly displayed a Christmas tree with a base 26 feet wide.
It looks like the park has already gotten a heads start on their Christmas shopping. I see lots of gorgeous presents and toys already surrounding the foot of the tree.
And the ornaments themselves are gorgeously too! Giant popcorn garland swirls around the limbs while beautifully detailed ornaments hang from the branches.
The gold theming is represented with stockings, bells, bows, and even smaller Christmas Trees.
Guests will also spy red ornaments, silver snowflakes, and even larger than life candy can sticks.
It truly is Disney magic that allows this massive tree to appear overnight!
But no need to panic if you haven’t planned your holiday visit yet to Walt Disney World to experience the holidays! Typically we see the decorations staying in place until a few days into January with everything being completely gone right before the runDisney Marathon Weekend.
