Danny Elfman To Perform In Nightmare Before Christmas Live Show
What’s this?! We’ve got exciting news for fans of a popular, seasonal Disney film. Danny Elfman will perform in a Nightmare Before Christmas live show!

Composer, Danny Elfman is the voice behind the iconic character Jack Skellington. He also wrote all of the songs for The Nightmare Before Christmas.
In addition to his vocal talents and composing, the 68-year-old plays several instruments. He also enjoys performing onstage!
The Nightmare Before Christmas Live Show
Fans can see the composer in a live show celebrating the film. He will be joined by American indie rock musician, Phoebe Bridgers in a two-night event in the UK.
Featured in the show will be performances by Elfman as Jack Skellington, with Bridgers playing his beloved Sally. Boingboing.net shares that “most of the other original performers (will be) reprising their roles,” as well.
The event will commence on December 9 and 10 in London, at Wembley Stadium. Most of the tickets have already been sold out, but interested parties can visit Ticketmaster to see if they can snag a ticket!
The BBC concert orchestra will be joining the cast for the live performance. A full-length projection of the movie will be played on a big screen in the background.
Ticketmaster shares that there will be “a few very special guests” to surprise fans! The Nightmare Before Christmas was released in 1993.
Since then, it’s grown in popularity, becoming a cult classic. The Haunted Mansion famously transforms into a Nightmare Before Christmas theme during Halloween Time, further proving the longevity of the film’s success.
Today, it’s as much a staple of the holiday season as the Peanuts franchise! Using an incredible, hand-animated, stop-motion technique, the film has a special look and feel.
