The sold-out Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has returned this year to much excitement and spooky anticipation. Guests who are lucky enough to have secured tickets can’t seem to stop talking about the event, and we can’t blame them!

3) Spellbinding Fried Pie

I’ll be honest, what drew me to this treat was not the ingredients- but the adorable, mummy/zombie-like presentation of the hand pie! Once I got past the cuteness, I dove into the snack and was more than pleasantly surprised.

The combination of buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese make for a great mid-Party pick-me-up snack. The pie is large enough to be considered a light meal, but the savory flavors- and departure from the usual sweet treat overload- are what earned it a spot on the Top 3 Party-exclusive list. 

2) Winnifred’s Elixir of Youth

Before the black flame candle burns out, don’t miss your chance to pick up Winnifred’s Elixir of Youth! The tea-based slushy drink is another wonderful, not-too-sweet addition to this year’s party. While the green kiwi foam gives this drink a very spooky vibe, it’s the overarching traditional tea flavor that makes this drink very approachable.

Plus, the white chocolate homage to the head Sanderson Sister is wickedly satisfying! With so many food and candy options available, it’s great to have this tasty specialty drink option!

1) Almond Sweet Corn Cake

The biggest surprise and delight of the night came by way of the Almond Sweet Corn Cake. Of course I (like everyone else) was drawn to it for its shocking likeness to real sweet corn on the cob…but it was the flavor and texture of the cake that ultimately earned it the #1 spot here.

Dense and moist, the pound cake-like consistency matched beautifully with the buttery, subtly almond flavor of the cake. It’s tough to destroy that perfect looking corn cob, but once you sink your teeth into this cake it will all be worth it.
