Galactic Starcruiser Portrait Experience Price Skyrockets
Attention Galactic Travelers! There has been a price increase to the Galactic Starcruiser Portrait Experience that you need to be aware of before your next adventure on the Halcyon.
The Galactic Starcruiser CSL Portrait Experience has gone from $99 to a whopping $399 for the same 30 minute experience.

Similar to the ‘Capture Your Moment’ experience offered at Walt Disney World theme parks, the CSL Portrait Experience on the Halcyon allows guests to have their photos taken throughout the ship during a 30 minute session.
Disney PhotoPass Photographers will take guests to unique locations on the ship for a personalized galactic experience.

Disney has not made a statement about why the sudden cost increase but fan forums have been voicing their opinions.
Most fans have been in an uproar, noting that they will not be adding the CSL Portrait Experience. Some have even gone as far to say that the photos they received were mediocre at best and their own photos from a quality cell phone camera were better.

Others, although few, have stated that when you talk about lighting aspects aboard the Halcyon, the $399 price tag is worth it for a 30 minute session for your travel party.

Galactic Starcruiser Cast Members have confirmed that nothing has changed within the package with the new price increase.
The 30 Minute Session includes:
- Consultation, image capture and review by specially trained Cast Members, using advanced digital photography equipment and lighting
- Downloads of select images taken during the session, with professional retouch prior to delivery
