‘Let The Magic Begin’ Canceled at Magic Kingdom This Morning
The magic failed to begin this morning with the news that Magic Kingdom’s opening show would not be welcoming guests to the park on Thursday.
Our MickeyBlogger was waiting with the crowds in front of Cinderella Castle this morning anxiously awaiting the morning performance.
Each day, before opening, guests are let into the park to congregate in front of Cinderella Castle. The “Let the Magic Begin” show officially welcomes guests to the park at which point the individual lands are open and the day begins!
The performance takes place on the castle forecourt stage.
The event kicks off with trumpet fanfare that welcomes the Royal Herald. Then Mickey Mouse and an array of other Disney friends arrive on the scene to officially welcome guests to the park.
However, instead of the usual ceremony, guests this morning were greeted with the following announcement….
As of going to print, we aren’t entirely sure why the show was called off. If we hear anything further, we’ll keep you posted!
Readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog where we’ll be coming to you LIVE from the theme parks each and every week.
