The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration reports an above Average Hurricane Season Predicted for Summer!

2022 Hurricane Prediction
Various news outlets are reporting the NOAA info released earlier today concerning the 2022 Atlantic Hurricane Season. More storms and hurricanes are predicted.
For the 7th year in a row, NOAA predicts an above-average season with a 70 percent chance that 14-21 of the named storms will develop 6-10 will turn into hurricanes, and 3-6 will be major hurricanes.

Hurricane Season
Hurricane season begins on June 1 and runs through Nov. 1. The anticipated increase of hurricane activity is a unique combination of various natural scenarios. Flooding, high winds, and intense rain can be a result.Reporters predict that the combination of La Niña, weaker tropical Atlantic trade winds, and a west African monsoon may affect the upcoming season.
