Breastfeeding On-The-Go at Disney World
Breastfeeding on-the-go at Disney doesn’t have to be a daunting task. There are lots of ways to make your visit with babies easier.
If you plan to travel to Disney while breastfeeding, don’t worry because the Mouse has thought of everything!
Baby Care Centers for Nursing and More
There are Baby Care Centers located within all four Disney theme parks. These centers are clearly labeled on the map and easy to find.
The Baby Care Centers include quiet spaces with comfortable seating options, changing tables, and a conveniently stocked shop for you to purchase necessary items.

The rooms in the Baby Care Centers also have outlets if you prefer to bring a travel pump and bottle feed your baby.
There are handy kitchen amenities like a sink for you to wash bottles or pump parts. There is also a microwave to use if you need one.
Air Conditioned Attractions Best for Breastfeeding
You are more than welcome to feed your baby anywhere at Disney, but we all know that comfort is key. Make sure you download the My Disney Experience App to help you find the air-conditioned spots around the park.

While using the app, find rides with no height limit. You will be able to easily nurse your baby and enjoy the ride. I personally fed my eight-week-old daughter on the Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid ride at Magic Kingdom with no issues.
The Magic Kingdom is an ideal place to spend a day filled with nursing friendly options.
Mealtimes are a perfect time to stop and make sure both momma and baby are fed.
We had reservations at The Coral Reef restaurant in Epcot where I enjoyed the living coral reef views and my delicious meal all while nursing my baby.

Don’t forget to take advantage of the different shows. I had a great experience feeding my baby at the Lion King show and she even napped for the remainder of the performance.
Breastfeeding On-The-Go
While breastfeeding on-the-go at Disney, it might be easier for you to find one of the many benches scattered around the parks to feed your baby. Feel free to snuggle up!
Certainly, bring a nursing cover if you choose. I find that the benches are often tucked between stores, attractions, and even foliage for added discretion.
Another on-the-go option is baby wearing. Tuck your kiddo into a breathable carrier and nurse while strolling through the parks. Ideally, baby will fall asleep and stay content in their carrier.
Certain baby carriers are better than others. Absolutely test them out before your trip to insure you have the most ideal baby wearing experience.
I cannot forget to mention some of the less common, but equally effective breastfeeding options. Take every opportunity you need to keep baby happy during your Disney visit.
While traveling between parks, find a seat on the monorail to feed your baby. This might be a less private option but make sure to utilize your nursing cover if you choose.
Similarly, take advantage of the time you will be standing in line for the different rides or attractions to nurse your baby.
Be wary of shows that are super loud like Indiana Jones or more intense like Mission Space. Your baby will probably be very unhappy.
Ultimately, the number one thing is to make sure that everyone is fed, hydrated, and happy.
