BREAKING NEWS: Star Wars VR Experience Coming to Disney Springs
There’s a brand new Star Wars Virtual Reality experience coming to Disney Springs and we’re pretty darn excited. For a limited time, the Meta Quest 2 virtual reality headset will be loaded up with a complimentary preview of ILMxLAB’s Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge.
In this preview of a full virtual reality experience you’ll head into Seezelslak’s cantina in Black Spire Outpost where you’ll encounter Mubo and Seezelslak. You’ll then have a chance to test your skills with Repulsor Darts and play the chromarimba. Then you’re off to Black Spire Outpost to square off against the Guavian Death Gang!

You can try out this new experience on the West Side of the Disney Springs in the location the was previously home to the NBA Experience next to City Works Eatery and Pour House. When you take part in the fun of Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge, you will also be able to take home complimentary swag. Guests will even have an opportunity to purchase a Meta Quest 2 virtual reality headset.
Advanced reservations are not required. Meta staff members at the location will help you reserve a spot in person. The Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality Experience Featuring ILMxLAB’s Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge is available at Disney Springs from May 2, 2022 to July 21, 2022. The experience is only available to those 13 years of age or older.
