PHOTOS: Construction Detailing Underway on Nova Corps Starblaster Wing

Cosmic Rewind is inching ever closer to completion!

Over the construction walls, we spotted construction crews working under the unseasonably hot Florida sun on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind…and the progress is pretty out of this world!

Workers on the roof of the main show building were completing some work on the building’s facade, which is a promising sign likely signifying most of the interior work is complete! A fellow worker took a lift up to meet him to continue the work.

The coolest job though, went to a pair of workers in a lift who were assigned the ultra-cool task of working on the Nova Corps Starblaster!

Above, the worker on the right can be seen securing a massive section of of the Nova Corps Starblaster’s wing detailing to the ship. The workers were also adding smaller detail to the wings- if you look closely in the photo below, you’ll see some red highlights on the right wing that have yet to be added to the left.

Those details will continue to become even more apparent and impressive as crews are consistently chipping away to ensure the attraction is primed and ready for its Memorial Day Weekend opening!
