Figment Popcorn Bucket Line Defies Imagination
The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts begins today, and the hottest merchandise item already drew quite an excited crowd this morning. The Figment Premium Popcorn Bucket debuts today at the Pop Eats food stand, one of the first as guests enter World Showcase.
The darling popcorn bucket features a time-honored EPCOT icon, the lovable fellow himself, Figment. The absolutely adorable collectible also includes a colorful batch of rainbow colored popcorn, perfect for the festival.
The Pop Eats food stand sits near the Traveler’s Cafe, a popular Starbucks stop just inside World Showcase as guests walk toward Canada. Not opening until 11 a.m., crowds began together as soon as the park opened to resort guests at 9:30 a.m.
With groups huddled together for the next hour or so, many others headed to popular World Showcase attractions available for the early morning resort guest entry, including Frozen Ever After and the brand-new Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
Until this week, Remy’s Rataouille Adventure was available only via virtual queue or individual Lightning Lane purchase, so it’s a welcome addition to the morning offerings.
As of 9:30 a.m., the line wrapped down the walkway that connects World Showcase to World Nature and then continued around toward Creations Shop, another popular stop early this morning for Festival of the Arts merchandise.
Minutes ago, the line actually took 2-and-a-half minutes just to walk from one end to the other, and it continues to grow.
Figment appears on the wealth of merchandise availabe for the EPCOT Festival of the Arts, as he serves as mascot for the innovative celebration of all things visual and performing arts.
The popcorn bucket first appeared in a preview TikTok video last week and cleary captured the hearts of many EPCOT goers.

The premium popcorn bucket will be limited to two per guest and retails a bit higher than the usual popcorn collectibles at $25.00.
