Does Eternals Deserve to Be Worst Rated Marvel Film?
With the lowest Rotten Tomatoes score of films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, many have questioned whether this is the rightful place for Eternals including Director Chloe Zhao ahead of the movies premiere on Disney+ on January 12th.
The Oscar Winning director recently took to Instagram to ask fans if they agreed that Eternals deserved its ranking on the bottom.

“Does Chloé Zhao’s superhero epic #Eternals really deserve to be ranked at the bottom of the #MCU?” the post asked. For those wondering, the film currently has a rating of 47% on Rotten Tomatoes
As you can see from the image above, Zhao shared a screenshot of the post to her Instagram story yesterday asking the simple question “Does it…?” Next Zhao encourages discussion on the topic saying ” “Join the fun debate or if you are not sure, check it out on Disney+ on January 12 with directors commentary and many features.”
Zhao even took it one step further by tagging Rotten Tomatoes in the story!

The film debuted exclusively in theaters last November and received mixed reviews with audiences and critics alike. However, now it’s time to make up your own mind as the film get’s ready for its streaming debut! Subscribers can check out the film last week at no additional cost.
For those unfamiliar, Eternals features an all-star cast that includes Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Lia McHugh, Brian Tyree Henry, Lauren Ridloff, Barry Keoghan, Don Lee, Harish Patel, Kit Harington, Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie. The feature follows a crew of superheroes who have been living on Earth and secret who come out of the shadows to keep humans safe from the Deviants.
