Queue Adjustment for WEB SLINGERS in Disneyland
Disneyland made a slight queue adjustment for WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure in California. Now, Disneyland may pause the virtual queue enrollment, at times, and use the standby queue.

WEB SLINGERS Virtual Queue
Traditionally, you must join the virtual queue on the Disneyland mobile app to experience WEB SLINGERS. Also, virtual queue enrollment times are 7:00 am and 12:00 pm; Guests may enter the virtual queue once per day.

If you begin at California Adventure, then confirm your party at 6:00 am to join a 7:00 am boarding group. You can complete this step anywhere; however, you must have park tickets linked to your Disney account, as well as theme park reservations. If your first attempt is unsuccessful, then you can try again at 12:00 pm after park entry.

If you begin at Disneyland Park, then you must have a valid ticket, park reservation, and have entered Disneyland Park with a Park Hopper ticket by 12:00 noon. Then, you can confirm your party at 11:00 am to join a 12:00 pm boarding group. Finally, you may enter California Adventure with your Park Hopper ticket after 1:00 pm for your boarding group.

Sling into the Standby Queue
Accordingly, Disneyland updated its website with the policy change. Now, the site says Disneyland “may require guests to join a virtual queue” rather than you must “join the virtual queue to experience it.”

So, what does this queue adjustment mean for Disneyland Guests? Basically, Disneyland may open the standby queue in the afternoons. Therefore, Guests should check the Disneyland app for WEB SLINGERS status.
Disneyland states it like this: “Guests are encouraged to check the Disneyland app, periodically, on the day of their visit for attraction access status.” It also says, “No standby lines are available when joining the virtual queue is required.”
Simply join the virtual queue if it says, “Join.” Otherwise, head to the standby queue. Please note that if you already have a virtual queue reservation as the status changes to a standby queue, then Disneyland will still honor your virtual queue reservation.
