Virtual Queue for Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure Officially Opened Today
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure opened at Epcot today utilizing the virtual queue system. The virtual queue for Remy’s is set up exactly like it was for Rise of the Resistance. You must obtain a boarding group in order to experience this attraction.
If you plan on experiencing the culinary dash through a bustling kitchen, Disney is using a virtual queue as one of the tools to help reduce your time in line. This also gives you more time to enjoy the rest of the theme park. For guests with a Disney Park Pass reservation to Disney’s EPCOT, the attraction will continue to have limited availability accessible only through the My Disney Experience app virtual queue.
Guests will have an opportunity at either 7 a.m. or 1 p.m. to join the virtual queue. These two opportunities are intended to give guests more flexibility in their planning and are also a way to further support physical distancing.
Here’s how it will work:

Guests with a valid ticket or annual pass and a Disney Park Pass reservation for Disney’s EPCOT will be able to access the virtual queue system and check for an available boarding group starting at 7 a.m. on the day of their park reservation. This can be done before you leave your Disney resort hotel, or wherever else nearby you might be at that time.

The virtual queue will reopen daily at 1 p.m. for anyone who wasn’t already able to join a boarding group earlier in the day. Note: Guests must be inside Disney’s EPCOT to access this second virtual queue opportunity, and access to a boarding group is subject to availability and not guaranteed.
Here are more details to be aware of before you arrive:
First, make sure you have the My Disney Experience app. Log in to your account at one of the distribution times (7 a.m. or 1 p.m.).

Guests who are enrolled in the virtual queue will be able to see an estimated return time indicating when they may be called back to experience the attraction. This time may change throughout the day, so continue to check the app for updates. Also, the tip boards around the park will display the boarding groups that have been called back.
Please note that joining the virtual queue does not guarantee the ability to experience Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
