Spaetzle
This German classic features Housemade herb spaetzle, hefeweizen Mornay, braised pork belly, caramelized onions, brown butter breadcrumbs,
Chicken Schnitzel
For a hearty treat try the Chicken Schnitzel which includes a breaded chicken breast, friend egg, Pilsner Düsseldorf aioli, hefeweizen braised slaw, kaiser roll.
We’ve saved the best for last, as it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without beer! At City Works in Disney Springs you’ll find a variety of Oktoberfest-inspired beers as part of the restaurant’s 90+ beer line-up.
This includes seasonal favorites like Sam Adams Oktoberfest, Goose Island Oktoberfest and Dogfish Head Punkin’ Ale.
