Gideon’s Bakehouse Debuts New September Goodies
Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs is kicking off September with something rich, decadent and delightful (but would you expect anything less!?).
Our MickeyBloggers popped over to Gideon’s located at Disney Springs to sample a goodie recently announced on the Bakehouse’s Instagram page. Let’s take a look:

Added to the menu at Gideon’s is a Lemon Poppyseed Cupcake.
As the name suggests this treat is big on lemon flavor with poppy seeds adding to the delicious taste and texture.
It comes in cookie form where a lovely mix of White Chocolate Chips are added along with some teeny tiny Lemon Miki Chips.
In addition, you’ll want to be on the lookout for the Lemon Poppyseed Cake.
This delicious cake will be available TODAY and then every weekend this month (by which we mean Saturday and Sunday!)
The cake is as delicious as it looks!
“We also have another one of Gideon’s curious friends to introduce you to! This is Bonnie Brae. As rumor has it, she was a sweet young girl who fell ill with a mysterious illness. She ultimately passed and was laid to rest in one of the fields by her family home. A lemon tree was planted by her headstone and the fruit was named after her. Just as the tree started to sprout, Bonnie’s dad noticed a tiny hand emerging from the soil. He reached down and pulled out his wondrous daughter who had been reborn with a perfectly shaped lemon head!”
