Disney Shares New Video of Cirque du Soleil ‘Drawn to Life,’ Confirms Opening Date at Disney Springs
As we reported last week, it was looking like the much-anticipated Cirque du Soleil “Drawn to Life” at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World would (FINALLY!) be opening this November. Today, Disney has confirmed that Cirque’s “Drawn to Life” will indeed be opening on November 18, 2021!
Disney has also confirmed with a November 18, 2021 opening date, tickets for the much-anticipated “Drawn to Life” will go on sale beginning Friday, August 20.

The original opening date for “Drawn to Life” was originally back in Spring of 2020. However, just as the performers were doing their final rehearsals and getting ready to take the stage, the COVID pandemic sidelined those plans.
During the extended intermission and delay, performers in the all-new “Drawn to Life” stayed in tip-top performing shape by practicing routines at home and local facilities. They wanted to be ready to go as soon as the green light was given!

Once “Drawn to Life” finally hits the stage on November 18, 2021, Guests will be treated to the first-ever Cirque du Soleil show produced by Cirque, Walt Disney Animation Studios, and Walt Disney Imagineering.
The show brings to life 100 years of Disney animation through the love of a father and daughter. It will feature our favorite Disney stories and characters in an unforgettable way through several mediums including innovative design, acrobatic performances, jaw-dropping choreography, memorable musical scores, all-new animation created by Disney Animation artists, and of course, extra Disney magic!
