Frontierland Construction Work Extends to Country Bear Jamboree
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog, you’ll know that we’ve been covering the construction taking place at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe.
Over that past week construction walls have gone up around Pecos Bill, concrete was laid and new stonework and brickwork is currently happening just outside the entrance of this quick service eatery!
After our visit to Magic Kingdom this weekend, we can report that construction in the area is still going strong.
And it now wraps around the corner to the entrance of Country Bear Jamboree.
As you can see from the signage above, guests heading to the Musical Revue are being directed around the construction area.
These images show us looking over the construction barrier where the work is being carried out.
If you look closely you can see that all the brickwork around Country Bear Jamboree has been torn up.
As we previously mentioned, we aren’t sure about the duration of this project. We expect that Disney is hurrying to get most of this work done before their 50th Anniversary Celebration which kicks off on October 1st.
We love that all this construction didn’t stop the Country Bears from giving us a big wave from the balcony. “Hi Wendell!”
