Kid-Friendly Menu Items at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival
For moms and dads wondering whether or not you should take your kids to the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival we say a resounding yes! There are some awesome kid-friendly eats and treats that are sure to make kids go WOW!
To help you plan your Food & Wine Fest visit, here’s a handful of items you’ll want to give a try.
Deconstructed Pavlova – Australia
Don’t let the fancy name full you, this is a great treat that is presented in a way that has that WOW factor. It’s made with Pastry Cream, Berries and Meringue. It’s also gluten/wheat friendly making it perfect for kids with allergies!
Cheddar Soup – Canada
If there’s one treat that we keep coming back year after year at Food & Wine Fest and that’s the incredible Cheddar Soup at the Canada pavilion. It comes with a Pretzel roll and is the perfect portion for pint-sized eaters.
Mozzarella Ravioli and Raspberry Donuts – Italy
Italy has some great kid-friendly items this year. Kids are sure to love the Mezzelune Croccanti which is breaded mozzarella filled raviolis which comes with a red sauce.
Save room for dessert as the Bomboloni (a cream-filled Italian Doughnut with Raspberry Sauce and Powdered Sugar) is simply design.
Apple Tarts, Chips and Drinks – Appleseed Orchard
Apples are a pretty safe bet when it comes to picky eaters. That’s why Appleseed Orchard (near Canada) is a pretty safe bet. There are a handful of food and beverage options you might want to give a go this includes:
Food:
- Apple Crumble Tart (new)
- Apple Chips (gluten/wheat friendly)
Beverages:
- Frozen Apple Pie (non-alcoholic)
- Cinnamon Apple Cider (non-alcoholic; new)
Bratwurst, Apple Strudel and Pasta Au Gratin- Germany
You’ll find some pretty delicious options for kids at the Germany Pavilion. There’s Pasta Gratin with Ham, Onions and Cheese. If your kids like sausage there sure to love the Bratwurst in a Pretzel Roll. For dessert the Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce is kid-friendly comfort food at its best.
Chicken Wings – Brew-Wing at the EPCOT Experience
My 11 year old is LOVES chicken wings. If you’re kids are in the same camp then you’ll want to stop at this new food both. You’ll find this beloved finger food served up a handful of different ways.
Food:
- Garlic-Parmesan Wings with Celery and Ranch (gluten/wheat friendly; new)
- Barbecue Wings with Celery and Ranch (gluten/wheat friendly; new)
- Teriyaki-Sesame Wings with Celery and Ranch (new)
- Traditional Buffalo Wings with Celery and Ranch (gluten/wheat friendly; new)
- Mango-Habanero Wings with Celery and Ranch (gluten/wheat friendly; new)
Donuts – The Donut Box (Near Test Track presented by Chevrolet)
Who doesn’t love donuts!? Treat your tiny tots to one of these decadent varieties. These must-try treats include:
Food:
- Candy Jar Donut made with M&M’S, SNICKERS, and TWIX (new)
- Chef’s Donut of the Day (new)
You can wash the whole treat down with a Strawberry Smoothie and you’re ready to go!
Chicken Dumplings – China
If you’ve made potstickers at home and that get your kids’ seal of approval then they’ll love the chicken dumplings being served up at the China marketplace. They come with a House-made Sweet and Spicy Sauce

Did someone say funnel cake? This theme park treat is sure to please little ones. The official name for this treat is Mini Candied Bacon S’mores Funnel Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream and that pretty much says it all- YUM!
