Disney World Extends Park Hours for Summer
Walt Disney World extends park hours for the summer in all four theme parks. Indeed, there will be more time to enjoy your nights in the parks!

Opening Times
Beginning in July, Walt Disney World’s theme parks change their closing times. However, their opening times will remain the same.

Currently, the opening times for all four parks are the following:
- The Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00 am,
- EPCOT opens at 11:00 am,
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios opens at 9:00 am,
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom opens at 8:00 am.

But, here are the changes for closing times during the summer. Accordingly, the summer months include July, August, and September.
The Magic Kingdom
Right now, the Magic Kingdom closes at 9:00 pm. This changes to 10:00 pm from August 1, 2021, through August 9, 2021; however, all other July and August dates will still have a 9:00 pm closing time.

EPCOT
Also, EPCOT closes at 9:00 pm, but this changes to 10:00 pm on the following dates:
- August 1, 2021,
- August 6-8, 2021,
- August 13-15, 2021,
- August 20-22, 2021,
- August 27-29, 2021.

However, all other dates in August will have a 9:00 pm closing time at EPCOT. In addition, all of EPCOT’s adjusted closing times in August occur on the weekends.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Currently, Disney’s Hollywood Studios closes at 8:00 pm; however, that adjusts to 9:00 pm on select nights. Those nights include:
- August 29-September 10, 2021,
- September 12-14, 2021,
- September 16-25, 2021.

Likewise, Disney’s Hollywood Studios closes at 8:00 pm throughout the remaining summer nights in August and September.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
At this time, Disney’s Animal Kingdom closes at 7:00 pm. Nevertheless, this closing time changes to 8:00 pm from July 26-30, 2021.

Thus, the park closes at 7:00 pm for all other dates in July, August, and through September 25, 2021.
