Single Rider Line Open Again at Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run
Social distancing is a thing of the past in Walt Disney World! Single Rider lines have made a comeback in the past few days, including the one at Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run in Hollywood Studios. Guests visiting Batuu will be pleased to find that the Single Rider line for this popular attraction is now fully open and all seats in the Millennium Falcon are being filled once again.
Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run Single Rider Line
Lines were long this morning at Smuggler’s Run. Around 9:45 AM, the posted wait time for the Stand-By queue was 70 minutes and rose to 80 minutes before 11:00 AM.
Single Rider lines typically have a much shorter wait time than the traditional Stand-By queue which is why they tend to be so popular. Sometimes guests will wait merely minutes for a ride that would typically take an hour or more to get on.
Guests were obviously taking advantage of the newly reopened Single Rider queue this morning, and who can blame them!? It’s such a delight to see that marquee lit up again.
Disney has made several changes over the past week, including eliminating face masks and social distancing in queues. With Single Riders filling empty seats again, wait times could become a little more manageable at Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run. Now if we could only convince Disney to bring back FastPass…
