ICYMI: MickeyBlog.com At Disneyland Resort, Part 2
Lots to do in Avengers Campus!
Our fabulous MickeyBloggers were back inside the Disneyland Resort yesterday, June 16, their third and final day of wandering the West Coast Disney Parks.
Of course, with time getting short, the focus on Wednesday was “Avengers Campus,” and Greg and Elyssa Antonelle worked to give viewers as close a look as possible at the attractions in the impressive new Marvel-themed land.
Through all three of their videos on the day, G&E made sure to lay out the facts about the new home of the Marvel characters in Disney California Adventure.
Morning at Disney California Adventure
However, before heading into the new superhero land, Greg and Elyssa did have a second to just look toward Buena Vista Street.
A simple, quiet moment in between louder, crowded moments.
Mid-Day At Disneyland Resort
Lunchtime found our heroes walking through Downtown Disney through to the entrance to Disneyland.
There the crew’s cameras took viewers all over Walt’s original park, with fun stops in front of the train station and Tomorrowland.
For this viewer, this was one of the best moments from the Left Coast: Donald Duck, Chip, and Dale greeted guests.
More Avengers Campus, Including Spider-Man!
Finally, Greg and Elyssa wanted to give us all one more looksie at Disney California Adventure.
Attempting to work in as many views of the park as possible, we got some very nice looks at Avengers Campus, including a visit with Spider-Man, himself.
By the way, the official word on Avengers Campus:
Avengers Campus, an entirely new land dedicated to discovering, recruiting, and training the next generation of Super Heroes [opened] June 4, 2021, at Disneyland Resort, inside Disney California Adventure Park. Guests who are lifelong fans of Super Heroes and those discovering them for the first time are invited to team up with the Avengers and their allies to live out their Super Hero dreams in this fully immersive land that mixes innovative technology and fun for all ages.
“We are so excited to soon welcome our guests to Avengers Campus, our first land dedicated to Super Heroes,” said Ken Potrock, president, Disneyland Resort. “Here, our cast members will unite to help guests of all ages find their superpowers and create special memories.”
What a great week. Here’s hoping we’re all heading back to California, soon.
