A massive power outtage at Disney’s Animal Kingdom has caused almost every attraction in the park to close suddenly this morning.

Visitors to the park took to Twitter quickly to express their understandble disappointment and frustration.
@DisneyAnimalK I came to your park to ride attractions. All of them are down to a power reset which means that now I have to sit and wait for them to open back up. this means that wait times supe long $200 + down the drain, this is the worst. #worstdisney #animalkingdom #florida

Animal Kingdom also experienced a massive outtage last Saturday when the park lost power for around four hours.
The only attractions that appear to be spared by the outtage are Avatar Flight of Passage in Pandora: The World of Avatar and TriceraTop Spin at DinoLand USA, which still only had a 20 minute wait a few minutes into the loss of power.
The wait time for Avatar Flight of Passage steadily increased even as we wrote this post, so one can only imagine that the queue for the ride will continue to fill up over the next half an hour as guests decide if they should ride out the inconvenience.
Guests will not be able to hop to another theme park until 2pm, and park hopping is only allowed if guests have purchased the Park Hopper option for their tickets. Lucky for guests in this situation, the Park Hopper option can be added even while at the resort.
It’s safe to say that guests will be heading for a morning snack or beverage for a bit while crews continue to restore power to the park. At least the walking paths in Africa and Asia are still available while the situation continues.
