BREAKING: New Restaurant Reopenings and Offerings at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts
Exciting and delicious news has arrived this afternoon as Disney announced new restaurant reopenings and offerings! Let’s take a closer look as some of our favorites will be returning!
Oga’s Cantina at Disneyland Resort
First up will be the return of Oga’s Cantina at Disneyland Park. For guests who have been missing their Fuzzy Tauntauns and listening to DJ R-3X- you’ll be able to get back to it beginning June 17th. Reservations will be available for booking beginning June 14th.
Lamplight Lounge
If you’re across the street at Disney California Adventure Park, you’ll be thrilled to know that you can load up on Potato Falautas and Indulgent French Toast at the Lamplight Lounge Brunch. Brunch will return July 9th with reservations open for booking on June 14th. Upon reopening only brunch will be served on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Wine Country Trattoria
If you’re looking for a delicious plate of Spaghetti Aglio Olio, head over to Disney California Adventure Park where you’ll find Wine Country Trattoria. Pair your meal with the perfect glass of wine beginning July 17th with bookings available beginning June 14th.
More Disneyland Resort Openings
In addition to the afore mentioned, guests will be delighted to find the following at the Disneyland Resort:
- Tiki Juice Bar (mobile order available) – opening June 17th
- Docking Bay Food & Cargo (mobile order available) – opening June 17th
- Alien Pizza Planet (mobile order available) – opening June 17th
- Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante – opening June 17th
- Candy Palace – Currently serving Nuggles (chopped pecan pieces layered with freshly made caramel with a dollop of milk chocolate on top) on Mondays and Fridays
- Candy Palace – Currently serving Rocky Road (mix of milk chocolate, chopped almonds, and house-made marshmallows in a small pie tin) on Saturdays
Downtown Disney District
In addition to some fan favorites returning, you’ll also find a few new items on some menus.
Ralph BRennen’s Jazz Kitchen is serving up a beignet-flavored cocktail. A scrumptious mix of wedding cake-flavored vodka, vanilla syrup, butterscotch schnapps, and half and half topped with a mini glazed beignet. This tasty beverage is sure to leave you singing for more!
And for dessert, California Churro is serving up a French Toast Churro dusted in powdered sugar and served with a side of maple syrup. Too sweet to resist!
Walt Disney World Resort
Back on the East Coast, guests of Walt Disney World Resort will be THRILLED to hear that the wait is finally over for some fan favorites.
Sebastian’s Bistro
Over at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Sebastian’s Bistro will once again welcome guests seeking a taste of the Caribbean with a new family-style menu.
Guests will start with Sebastian’s signature buttery house-baked pull-apart rolls. Next up is the Taste of the Caribbean platter featuring oven-roasted citrus chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork with mango sambal, and grilled flank steak with mojito relish.
The platter will be served with sides of cilantro rice and beans, vegetable curry, and grilled broccolini. Coconut shrimp can also be ordered as an add-on to the meal.
Last, and certainly not least, is the ultimate finish – coconut pineapple bread pudding. Be sure to leave plenty of room for this!
From June 24th through July 4th, Sebastian’s will offer nightly walk-in availability. However, beginning June 10th guests can once again make reservations at the restaurant for dates beginning July 5th.
‘Ohana
This is sure to thrill all Walt Disney World fans… ‘Ohana will reopen on July 9th with reservations opening on June 10th.
Once again guests will be able to enjoy the all-you-care-to-eat breakfast and dinner offerings. Upon reopening, no characters will be hosting breakfast however a strolling musician will entertain guests throughout dinner.
Your breakfast feast will consist of:
- Pineapple-coconut breakfast bread
- Stitch and Mickey Mouse waffels
- Eggs
- Ham
- Sausage
- Breakfast Potatoes
Your dinner feast will consist of:
- Grilled Beef Steak
- Roasted Chicken
- Sausage
- Island Shrimp Casserole
- Fried Rice
- Roasted Broccolini
- ‘Ohana Pot Stickers
- Crispy Soy Chicken WIngs
- ‘Ohana Bread Pudding served warm with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
Tusker House Restaurant
As previously announced, Tusker House will reopen at Animal Kingdom on June 20th and bookings are available now for a family-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Donald and his friends will be here ready to greet guests throughout their meal.
Breakfast Menu will include:
- Mickey and Simba waffles
- Durban chicken
- Egg Curry
- Jasmine Rice
- Much more
Lunch and Dinner Menu will include:
- Moroccan-spiced beef
- Berber-marinated pork
- Spit-Roasted herb chicken
- Cape Malay green curry shrimp

Animal Kingdom Reopenings
In addition, guests will find a few additional quick service locations reopening at Disney’s Animal Kingdom including:
- Terra Treats (serving pizza slices)
- Isle of Java (fresh-brewed espresso, cappucino, sweet treats)
- Trilo-Bites (Dole Whip Orange)
- Drinkwallah Snacks & Frozen Beverages
BoardWalk Ice Cream Shop
Finally, you can feed your sweet tooth craving with a visit to BoardWalk Ice Cream Shop. Stroll along Cresecent Lake at the BoardWalk and enjoy a delicious scoop or sundae to go. The selection range from a simple scoop to old-fashioned sundaes, brownie and strawberry splash shortcake a la mode, and of course Mickey Mouse Sundaes!
