For those unfamiliar, San Angel Inn is the stunning restaurant housed inside the Mexican Pavilion offering calming views of Mayan Ruins and a volcano!  

For those interested in a Cook Position, San Angel specializes in South of the Border specialties.  Favorite dishes include tortilla soup topped with Avocado, cheese and tortilla strips: steak, chick and fish entrees served with delicious sauces including chipotle pepper, chocolate mole and green tomatillo.  Dessert highlights include Bavarian mousse, and caramel cheesecake!
