Soon, Bob Iger, Disney’s executive chairman, 70, will step aside from the company after 47 years.
And now, as he looks ahead to his December departure, he is talking about his time with The Mouse.

“I did not want to overstay my welcome,” he told Alan Fleischman of the show Leadership Matters. “I wanted the timing to be right, and 15 years [as CEO] felt like enough.”
