BREAKING NEWS: Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Update
Here is some important news regarding a Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Update for anyone still holding unused Disneyland Park Admission from this year. The Disneyland Resort still remains closed with no projected opening date in sight but the good news is that Disneyland is extending ticket expiration dates as follows:
- Any unused non-promotional single day Disneyland theme park tickets that expire on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 will now have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021.
- Wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021, and the ticket will expire 13 days after first use or on December 16, 2021, whichever occurs first.
- Guests with multi-day tickets who used their first visit between February 28, 2020 and March 13, 2020 but did not reach their ticket’s maximum number of uses, will have the 13-day expiration period of their ticket extended to December 16, 2021.
It’s also important to note that expiration dates on eligible ticket(s) will be updated prior to the theme parks’ reopening.
Even though no attractions are operational, guests are currently allowed to explore California Adventure’s Buena Vista Street without Park Admission and enjoy more Disney shopping and dining experiences as an extension of the Downtown Disney District.
Please note that there will be a $10 fee per car for parking at the Downtown Disney District in the Simba Lot. The number of guests visiting the Downtown Disney District and its locations, including the shopping and dining experiences along Buena Vista Street, will be limited to promote physical distancing. Disney may at times use the mobile wait list system when Buena Vista Street and/or its queue are at capacity, similar to the process at some retail locations in the Downtown Disney District. Disney California Adventure Park is currently closed.
