Landscape Work Continues at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
If you’ve been following along with us here at MickeyBlog, last week we shared with you the exciting news that after months of construction, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort had reopened their main entrance!
Renovations included a new porte cochere and monorail platform.
When we shared images of the reopening with you, we speculated that there was still some work to be carried out.
Landscaping was one of them.
That’s why we weren’t surprised to see the bustle of activity happening at the monorail resort this morning.
As well as a sea of new plants looking for a home!
I thought tending to my garden was difficult but the horticulturalists at Disney really have their hands full. That’s a lot of greenery to be planted.
However, it is all worth it! During our visit we were really struck by just how incredibly lush and tropical this little oasis has become!
You really get that wonderful island feeling the minute you pull up to the Poly!
It just goes to show that Disney Resorts are always a work in progress.
And it’s these little subtle changes that make a big difference!
We’ll be updating your from the Poly and other Disney resorts each and every week so keep following along with us.
