Carthay Circle Lounge – Alfresco Dining
When Buena Vista Street opens on November 19, the iconic Carthay Circle Restaurant will be reimagined as Carthay Circle Lounge – Alfresco Dining.
And, just like the name suggests, Carthay Circle Lounge – Alfresco Dining will offer Guests with an outdoor dining environment with a menu offering Mediterranean-California light fare with small plates that can be shared or enjoyed separately. Chefs Andrew Sutton and Alex Flores have been tapped to curate the seasonal menu with highlights that include the Carthay shrimp roll, harissa-roasted lam, soy-glazed salmon, lemon-crusted fish of the day, and an artisan cheese board.
For the kids, Carthay Circle Lounge – Alfresco Dining will offer options including orecchiette pasta with marinara, and orange dragon chicken skewers.
Guests of all ages will enjoy this throwback venue that boasts attention to detail, flavorful international fare, an extensive wine and craft beer menu, cool cocktails, and outdoor seating with amazing views of Buena Vista Street.

Buena Vista Street Shopping
If you love to shop like myself, then Buena Vista Street is going to be the place to be beginning November 19 – especially if you are looking for Disney magic!
Buena Vista Street takes Guests back to the 1920s and 30s with a boulevard that depicts a typical Los Angeles neighborhood where Walt Disney lived after arriving in Southern California back in 1923. The setting offers the feel of quaint mom and pop shops of the time and a big city department store including Elias & Co., Julius Katz & Sons, Kingswell Camera Ship, and Trolley Treats.
