BREAKING NEWS: Mother at EPCOT Found With Two Handguns and Pot In Diaper Bag

Security guards at EPCOT got a bit of a surprise last week when a couple from Georgia was caught trying to smuggle a serious cache of illegal items into the theme parks according to recently released court documents.  According to a recent piece in the Orlando Sentinel it resulted in a Georgia woman being arrested after Disney security found two guns and marijuana in her infant’s diaper bag court documents showed.

Yunique Smith, 27, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, according to the arrest report. Smith was going through the security line to get into the theme park with an adult man, her 7-month old daughter and her 7-year old son when security found a 9mm handgun in plain view and a bag containing marijuana. This according to the report filed on July 18th. 

Once these items were uncovered, Orange County deputy sheriffs were called to the scene.  At that time the other adult travelling with Smith said he wanted to change their daughter’s diaper. However, sheriffs continued to search the diaper bag at which point they found an additional .45 caliber handgun located at the bottom of the bag.
