Construction Continues on Roundup Rodeo BBQ Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Even though today marks the first day that all of the Walt Disney World Parks have been open since March, behind-the-scenes work to bring new attractions and experiences to life has never stopped. And, that goes for the new Roundup Rodeo BBQ Restaurant coming to Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Walt Disney Imagineering has filed the following permit with Orange County, Florida for “Support Structure Installation.”
From what we have seen, the main exterior walls for the new restaurant have already been erected. So, now, it looks like interior work is beginning. Once complete, Roundup Rodeo BBQ will feature larger than life cutouts to make you think you are in the middle of your favorite “Toy Story” movie.

Before the Park’s closure back in March, Disney was advertising that Woody’s Roundup Rodeo BBQ would open in 2020. However, with the construction stoppage during the extended closure, we are unsure if that timeline is still correct.
