Some Of Our Favorite Disney Friends Win Big At Last Night’s Kid’s Choice Awards
Last night the Nickelodeon’s Kid’s Choice Awards took place and it was an awards ceremony like no other. The entire show was held remotely with the winners popping in via video conferencing to accept their award! The award ceremony was initially scheduled to take place on March 22nd but was postponed while the network worked on a new plan for the event during social distancing.
The awards were a big win for some of our favorite Disney and Marvel friends so we thought we’d take a minute to give you a quick re-cap!

The beloved sequel featuring Elsa, Anna, Olaf and the gang was another big winner at last night’s award! The film beat out other popular movies including The Angry Birds Movie 2, The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, The Lion King, The Secret Life of Pets 2 and Toy Story 4.
But that wasn’t Frozen’s only winning moment of the night. Josh Gad also won Favorite Male Voice In An Animated Movie for his loveable turn as Olaf.

Three Cheers For Dove Cameron
As you can see from the video above, one big award of the night went to Dove Cameron who took the title of Favorite Movie Actress for her turn as Mal in Descendants 3. Cameron squared off against a pretty impressive list of actresses to score the title including Angelina Jolie (Maleficent), Brie Larson (Captain Marvel), Scarlett Johansson (Avengers: Endgame), Taylor Swift (Cats) and Zendaya (Spider Man: Far From Home.)
She said of her win, “I am super stoked to accept my very first blimp.” Cameron added, “You guys, this is so exciting, I’ve never won a blimp before. I’m so, so grateful. So thankful. Thank you so much for voting for me for your favorite movie actress.”
