Bob Iger Appears On The Star Wars Show
“It’s been incredibly fulfilling,” said Iger of Disney’s Star Wars journey over the past few years.
“[It’s] a very exciting journey,” he added. “But, actually, I think, we’re just getting started.
“It feels like we’re just starting to mine the full potential of what Star Wars is and what Star Wars can be.”
Bob Discussed Disney+
Iger added that he sees Disney+ as a way to use technology better tell stories.
“That’s obviously what we saw in 1977 when we saw the first Star Wars film,” added Iger.
And Iger sees The Mandalorian as a great example of telling great stories and finding fans where they are.
“[Disney+ is a great way] to bring Star Wars to people in new ways,” said Iger who added, “and bring new Star Wars to people.”
