Need a quick re-cap? No problem! Let’s look more closely at some of the incredible highlights that await!
Indulge in spooky thrills at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
Running on select nights through November 1st, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is delighting guests with the “treat” of a brand new fireworks show this year – “Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular” complete with Jack Skellington as your Master of Scaremonies. Other must-sees at the event are the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show and “Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade,” which features Disney characters in new Halloween costumes – and the spectral bride (pictured above) from the Haunted Mansion. Don’t miss out! Grab tickets early here.
Indulge your taste buds at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival
Trust us when we say that you’ll be blown away by the mouthwatering international fare at this year’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. You can indulge at the over 30 Global Marketplaces, take in a live culinary demonstration, learn tips and tricks from celebrity chefs and dance the night away at the Eat to the Beat concert series.
Catch “Illuminations: Reflections of Earth” at Epcot one last time
While visiting Epcot for the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, be sure to stay for “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.” The show will take its final bow on Sept. 30, in order to make way for the park’s new nighttime show, “Epcot Forever.”
Make out-of-this-world memories at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge
Become a part of your own Star Wars story at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studio. Step through the gates to Black Spire outpost where you can try galactic food and beverages, craft your own lightsabers, build droids and even help fly the “fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy” at Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. (Also, now through September 30, guests can interact with an exclusive Snapchat filter that’ll put you inside a realistic hologram)
Dive into a Disney water park
Though it may officially be Fall, the temperatures at Disney World are still Hot, Hot, Hot, making now the perfect time to cool off in the Cross Country Creek lazy river at Disney’s Blizzard Beach or jump the waves in the Surf Pool at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park.
