GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill Coming to Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa
If you’ve got plans to visit Disneyland Resort this year then you won’t want to miss an opportunity to check out the newest eatery coming to Disney’s Grand California Hotel and Spa! GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill will be opening soon adding a relaxing bar and grill with an incredible menu to the hotel’s outdoor pool area.
Formerly known as White Water Snacks, GCH Craftsman Grill will continue serving its current menu. However, the new lounge area near the pool will be dubbed the GCH Craftsman Bar and will feature a new menu highlighting a wide variety of mouth-watering flavors. Here you’ll find everything from artisanal pizzas and avocado toast to sliders, nachos, shawarma and more!
Let’s take a closer look:
Let’s start with the Shawarma Chicken Skewer at Craftsman which comes with an arugula-fennel salad, radishes, roasted tomatoes, pita bread, lemon wedges and tzatziki dip. Another tasty option is the Garlic Soy-glazed Chicken Wings with fresno chile, togarashi spice and furikake.
Delicious beef options abound including the Black Angus Flat Iron Steak Salad which is made with endive and spinach leaves and topped with sauteed shiitake mushrooms, crumbled eggs, feta now, black angus steak and a Champagne vinaigrette. There’s also the Double-baked Beef Nachos which are perfect for sharing and come with bacon lardons, black beans, scallions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, queso fresco. guacamole and creme.
A sure to be favorite is the Cali Sliders featuring American wagyu patties, oven-roasted tomatoes, vegetable relish, spiced hollandaise, swiss, artichoke aioli and pickled vegetables.
Seafood lovers will be smitten with the Main Lobster Quesadilla with Monterey Jack and queso fresco. Another great option is the Lemon-SUmac Salmon Salad or the Kimchee-marinated Ahi Tuna Lettuce Cup. Both come with a variety of veggies and lettuce and provide a lighter option for diners.

When it comes to vegetarian options, a highlight is sure to be the Avocado Toast along with the Black Truffle-charred Cauliflower Grilled Cheese Sandwich which comes with charred cauliflower, cheese bechamel, black truffles, and pickled vegetables on sourdough bread.
The menu also features artisanal pizzas, including the Charcuterie Pizza which comes with premium pepperoni, prosciutto, salami, Italian sausage, arugula, fire-roasted tomatoes, grana padano and aged provolone.
Visitors will also find a kids menu featuring smaller dishes including chicken skewers, salmon filet, parmesan-crusted grilled cheese, chicken tenders, hamburgers, and a PBJ sandwich with chocolate-hazelnut spread.
Those with a sweet tooth will also be spoiled for choice. Highlights include a Root Beer Float as well as a Waffle Churro Sundae with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauces, chantilly cream and chocolate pearls. You’re also sure to love the Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie Fingers served strawberry marmalade and hazelnut dipping sauces.
