‘Ahsoka’ May Be Over, But You Can Still Celebrate the Series in Disneyland Park!
Ahsoka‘s first season was a wild success…and that’s putting it lightly.
The Disney+ series reignited many fans’ love for the franchise, inspiring a theatrical release of one of the series’ episodes and multiple character meet-and-greets in Disneyland Park. While the first season of the series has officially come to a close, that doesn’t mean the fun has to end. Let’s head over to Disneyland to see how the resort is still honoring this popular series!
Hera and Chopper
When a new Marvel or Star Wars series airs on Disney+, you can usually find the show’s main characters roaming around Avengers Campus and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. (Thanks to season 2 of Loki, you can find O.B. and Loki in Avengers Campus right now!) However, once a series has stopped airing new episodes, the show’s characters usually disappear from their respective lands. (But some Star Wars characters stand the test of time, like the Mandalorian, who can still be found in Batuu.)
And despite two of Ahsoka’s characters being introduced to Galaxy’s Edge on a limited-time basis, you can still find them in the area! While we strolled through Batuu in Disneyland Park this weekend, we spotted Hera and Chopper!
They were in the Market area, talking with guests!
With the first season of the series already completed, we weren’t expecting to see the galactic duo still hanging out in the area. But we guess it shouldn’t be too much of a surprise based on how popular the series–and its characters–has become!
We’ll continue updating you with the latest happening around the resort, so stay tuned to MickeyBlog.com!
